The Bonavia at Veterans Park is an active adult senior apartment community that is a new and beautiful community. We are looking for a dynamic sales professional to market this community to prospective residents as well as the greater Shawnee area.
The Sales Director is responsible for all sales activities including phone calls, home visits and tours as well as community outreach to key referral sources. They will achieve all monthly sales activity goals as well as occupancy goals according to an established budget.

Requirements
Associates degree in business, management, operations or related field required.
Two plus years experience in sales. Prefer prior experience in a sales roll for AL, IL or SNF for at least one year.
Proficiency in Word, Excel required, prefer experience with CRM.
